See small risks when they start

Tiny changes in knee control, left–right balance, and deceleration often come weeks before time-loss. QOLMT spots those changes inside your normal drill blocks and compares them to each player’s own baseline. So you know who changed, where, and by how much. Then we give one clear coaching cue to try while the pattern is still fresh, so small drift doesn’t become missed days.

Book a 20-minute walkthrough

We’ll show a baseline flow, an in-drill capture with flags, and how follow-up confirms improvement against the player’s own baseline without changing how you run practice.

Why risk matters

Missed-time salary adds up across a season even a few games per injury.
Reducing a small share of missed time saves real money across a roster.

How we fit

(no practice redesign)
In-drill capture. We read cuts, stops, transitions inside normal drill blocks. Bench-side mounting; 3–5-second stand-still to calibrate.
Baselines (on-ice + gym). Quick sets establish each player’s healthy baseline; a short weekly micro-check keeps it current.
Player-specific signals. Flags are based on change relative to that athlete, not a one-size chart.
What we measure today is lower-body patterns linked to time-loss risk: knee control (valgus/landing), left–right symmetry & drift, deceleration/stop quality. (Gym sets can mirror these so on-ice and gym views line up.)
Built to expand. Same workflow supports broader movement/joint coverage as your usage grows without changing the weekly rhythm.

Why immediate action?

Risk signals are short-lived. The best moment to nudge a movement pattern is right after you see it, on the same ice, in the same drill. A quick cue, a small load change, brace/tape, or a fast secondary check can steer the pattern back before it becomes time-loss.

How we measure success!

Coverage (how much of practice we see)
Useful-alert rate (signal vs noise)
Flag-to-action time and % resolved in-session
Availability trend, exposure-adjusted
(Team-owned data, configurable access, audited views/exports, de-identified files. Decision support, not diagnosis.)

Pilot Program (4–6 months)

Missed-time salary adds up across a season even a few games per injury.
Start windows: mid–late October (early season) or first week of January (post-break).
Cost: Paid evaluation; pilot fee credited to Year 1 if you continue.
